Voluntariado en SEPROJOVEN-Andreas Obermüller
Me llamo Andy y trabajaba ocho meses como voluntario en Seprojoven.
El tiempo en Seprojoven fue un tiempo con muchas experiencias y mucha alegría en el trabajo sobre todo por el trabajo en equipo. Los dos proyectos en cuales participaba son la Copa Indígena y la Liga FEM. Por la Copa Indígena conocí culturas diferentes, lugares bonitos y gente interesante abierta. Además pude entrar a un mundo completamente diferente a San José o más extremo a Alemania. De estas diferencias se puede aprender bastante.
También el trabajo en la Liga FEM me ha gustado muchísimo por ver las chicas avanzando no sólo en la manera de jugar fútbol sino además en sus personalidades y calidades de liderazgo. Todo esto pasa en barrios peligrosos y así las chicas trabajan en oportunidades suyas de poder salir.
En general era un placer trabajar con Seprojoven y la gente en los proyectos. Sólo puedo recomendar un voluntariado como el mío para gente que sea futbolera, abierta para conocer mucha gente y nuevas culturas al igual que hacer trabajo social por deporte.
Mucha gente quiere cambiar el mundo por deporte y aqui se puede verlo. Quiero agradecer a Seprojoven para esta oportunidad.
My name is Andy and I have worked in Seprojoven as a voluntary worker for eight months.
The whole time in Seprojoven I have had lots of experiences and joy in working as part of this team. The two main projects I worked in are the Copa Indígena and the Liga FEM. In the Copa Indígena I got to know different cultures, beautiful places and interesting and open minded people. Besides I had the chance to enter into a totally different world compared to San José or even Germany. You can learn a lot from these differences.
Furthermore I really liked the work in the Liga FEM because I could see the girls improving not only playing football but also growing their personalities and their qualities of leadership.All of that happens in dangerous quartes and by that, the girls work on their opportunities to get out of those circumstances. All in all it was a pleasure working at Seprojoven with the people in the projects. I can only recommend doing voluntary work like mine for people who really like football, are open minded to meeting new people and get to know different cultures and at the same time doing social work.
Lots of people would like to change the world through sports and here I’ve seen it. I want to thank Seprojoven for this opportunity.
